Terms of service
Online individual integrative assessment with Josep Aldosa Pons. Here, in writing: what the service includes, how it is arranged and what happens if you need to change the date or cancel.

Who provides the service
The service is provided personally by Josep Aldosa Pons, physiotherapist, from Andorra. The consultation is online, in English, Spanish or Catalan, and I see people from any country when the case falls within the scope of the service.

What it includes and what it costs
First integrative assessment: €240. It includes a prior review of your relevant documents, a 60-minute video consultation, a personalised written plan, implementation guidance and 30 days of limited email support.
Optional follow-up: €110, a 40–45-minute consultation. It is not compulsory.
The plan is delivered within an indicative 3–5 working days after the consultation. Support includes up to 2 brief progress updates and about 5 short questions, usually answered within 2–3 working days. It does not include urgent care, the interpretation of large new batches of tests or rewriting the whole plan.
How it is arranged and paid
You write to me to check availability and I review whether your case is a good fit for the service. If it is, I send you a secure, individual payment link: you see the total amount before paying. Once paid, you choose the date and time, and I explain how to share your documents through a private channel.
The website does not charge or book anything automatically. Amounts are in euros.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
You can move the date free of charge up to 48 hours before. If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead, you get a full refund; with less notice, or if you don’t join, there is no refund, although you can ask for a justified change of date. If I cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund. If, on reviewing your documents, I find your case is not a good fit, I refund you in full. If a technical problem prevents the video call, we repeat it at no cost.
Scope and limits
This is not emergency care and it does not replace your doctor. I am not a doctor: I do not prescribe, stop or change medication. If your case needs a medical assessment, new tests or changes of treatment, I will tell you clearly and we coordinate with the right professional.
No resolution of any illness is guaranteed.
Your data
I use your data only to reply to you, organise the consultation and provide the service. Medical documents are shared through a private, restricted-access channel, never by email or through a public form.
